DigitalNur provides a cloud-based, all-in-one business growth platform for client communication, automation, marketing, customer management, and appointment booking.
Our services are tailored for property management and real estate firms, offering implementation and ongoing support, accessed via a monthly subscription model.
2. Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 18 years of age.
- A business owner or authorised representative of a business.
- Committed to using our platform for lawful, professional purposes only.
You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
3. Subscription & Billing
DigitalNur operates on a subscription-based model. All billing is handled through Stripe, and payments are processed securely. Subscriptions are auto-renewed monthly unless canceled in advance.
Failure to make payment may result in account suspension or service interruption.
4. Acceptable Use
By using our services, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful or unethical purposes.
- Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited messages.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the system.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of DigitalNur or any third party.
Violations may lead to immediate account termination.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, trademarks, and platform features are the exclusive property of DigitalNur and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
6. Data Protection and Confidentiality
As Data Controller, DigitalNur ensures all client data is treated as confidential. Your data is not shared, sold, or disclosed outside of secure, contractual service agreements (e.g., payment processing, technical support), except as required by law.
You retain ownership of your data at all times.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time with a 30-day notice period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the platform. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
8. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive to provide reliable, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or available.
DigitalNur is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid within the previous 90 days of service.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
